Elle débute le mannequinat à l'âge de 15 ans, et devient vite une top en parcourant le monde et illustrant les pages des magazines.

Elle devient en 2011 la nouvelle Miss Météo de la chaîne française Canal+ (pour Le Grand Journal), en remplacement de Charlotte Le Bon. La qualité de ses prestations lui vaut un Gérard de la télévision en 2011.

Solweig Rediger Lizlow, aka Swanny: Only 20 years old and she is the current weathergirl of Le Grand Journal on Canal plus. She began a modeling career when she was only 15 years old. Originally from Belgium and Russia, this girl with blue eyes and high cheekbones has turned many heads. Solweig claims a nature well affirmed and aunusual personality. Spontaneous and natural, she arouses curiosity, she divides opinion, she fascinates, she hypnotizes, she annoys...
